So, I am creating a document to print out containing all of my magical items... - which is now 4 items long, so thanks to Steve again!
In the middle of it, I think "you know what - I might as well add all of the spell details that they can do" - so that makes it about 4 pages long... - then I think that wildshapes are pretty much magic items - and I might as well list 8 separate needle blights, so I can manage them better in combat... - and I might as well add a place where I can write in what spells are currently stored in the bracer of spell storing... - and before you know it the fecking thing is 6 or 7 pages long!
It's fun though - I am sufficiently old school that I prefer a printed character sheet, and the quality of the artwork you can grab online make it all look really nice!

Elf Queen's Blessing
You have been blessed by the Elven Queen, and can use this to grant one of the following effects. Once it has been used, the blessing disappears and cannot be used again.
Advantage on one ability score for one day. This applies to any roll that requires that ability including attack rolls, saves and skill checks.
Once, if you fail a saving throw, you can choose to succeed instead.
Once, you gain hit points as if you had spent one hit die. You can use this effect even when you are reduced to 0 hit points.

Duergar Pocket Anvil
This silver anvil is small enough to be carried in a pocket, however, when the command word is spoken, it expands to the size of a normal anvil and can be used as if it were a fully working forge.
If the anvil is thrown as a projectile and the command word spoken, it will cause 3d6 bludgeoning damage on a hit.
Hammer of the Forge
This hammer was made by the duergar and infused with their magic. It functions as a +2 weapon and deals an additional 1d6 fire damage on a hit.
When a command word is spoken, it can change size from a light hammer, to a warhammer, or a maul.
If the hammer is used as a tool, it doubles the wielder's proficiency bonus when forging.

Photon Blaster
Attack with advantage; 2d6 radiant damage; Range 100/400; light; 10 shots
Field Disruptor
Attack with advantage; 3d6 lightning damage; Range 200/800; heavy; two handed; 10 shots
When first used, each of these weapons requires a DC 12 arcana check to operate. If successful, the weapon can be used but without proficiency (also no advantage).
The second time the weapon is used, the character is considered proficient (no advantage). The third time, and thereafter, the character can attack with proficiency and advantage.
