I think this leaves me with 14 BP and 1450 nY left (or 71450 nY if I convert it all to cash) Let me know what I've got wrong or what I'm in desperate need of, or what I would be better changing, etc.

all looks good to me! - I'd suggest spending some points on some good contacts - after all, where do you get your dodgy gear from to install into customers vehicles and drones? - come to that: where do you get your actual customers from? - take a contact that could do both or one for each; street-fixer, or a Mr Johnson, or someone else able to give you the kit and the paying customers you need....

My idea for contacts is that he is part of a small circle/group that research/fool around with the concept of 'what it is to be a dwarf' (mainly for fun - but it could be a bit like freemasons I guess ...with various dwarves from various backgrounds). Some take a more academic/scientific approach to this, whereas my guy, Barazun Fellhammer (real name George Winterbottom), takes his influences from fantasy literature (and bad D&D style novels at that)

Kris - Atributes and skills look fine but i would recomend at least 1 level in Computer, Hardware and possibly Perception as well. Unless its part of your concept you could lower Demolitions 4 to pay for them. But if your happy with what you have gone for feel free to stick with it.
Gear side of things I have a few questions pointers on.
Drone rack (M) I presume is large drone rack as you currently have small and large drones.
What rating is the ECM?
The vans turrent is a problem, adding alterations to the mount changes the availability. As you currently have it it reaches 22F, my suggestion is to drop the mount to a normal one not reinforced (means you can only mount a LMG but gets the rating to 20F) Then take the 5 bp quality restricted gear which allows you to take 1 item up to rating 20 that would work. You could then upgrade it in play to take a mmg or higher.
You can only wear armour with its best rating at bodyx2 or lower otherwise you start taking penalties to physical actions. So you probably want to look at something with a maximum protection of 6.
Everything else looks ok, i didnt work out the amount you have spent on gear exactly but it looks around 30BP is that right?
You might want to look at micro and mini drones. You have two decent combat drones, two drones good at surprise attacks. You lack sneaking and scout abilities which drones do quite well, esspecially flying ones.
We need to work out your lifestyle costs, but i think most people still need to do that. What i suggest is take a standard lifestyle bracket and I will discuss custom ones later.
Contacts wise: I will have to look at how group contacts work cos i cant remember for your dwarf mates. You get a fixer (Brit) for free but having another for different sources of jobs doesnt hurt.
Also want to consider who you have dealt with in the past: Have you had dealings with criminals, maybe as a get away driver or just because they pervade society especially in the shadows. So you might have have worked with mafia, vory, triads yakuza etc if so do still keep in contact with them? What about mechanics, racers, race fans, parts dealers? People you hang out with for fun socialising like joygirls, clubbers, drinking buddies, owner of local sports bar that sort of thing. Random other contacts maybe your uncle works for doc wagon, maybe an old school buddy now works for the police or is a rock star. Contacts can be wide and varied. Remember everyone gets Brit as a Fixer at 2/1 and 5 extra points to spend on contacts but using actual BP to get more is a good idea.
Also additional languages can be worth considering, if your starting as a non english speaker you want to make sure you get english as an additional language so the team can comunicate. Most people in Us can speak english but being able to speak to them in thier native language can gain you respect. You can also take accents, styles and dialects so give you bonuses when dealing with certain groups. street ganger english is a very different beast to upper class toff english and being able to blend can be a life saver.
Hope that helps.

Drone rack - yeah I've paid/allocated slots for large ones (actually there is no medium one as far as I can see so it was probably just a typo). ECM is R6 Van turret - altered it so that it is as you suggested (plus it gives me a slot back for more gubbins), and spent 5 BP on 'restricted gear' quality I've also removed the oil slick sprayer (1 slot) and gone for Chameleon Coating (2 slots) instead ...since I have an extra slot available Armour - changed this to Actioneer Business Clothes 5/3 (but more of a jumpsuit/overalls look than business attire), and a helmet +1/+2 (but more along the lines of an armoured aviator's cap) for a total of 6/5. Also took a Ford LEBD-1 drone with a Walter MA-2100 sniper rifle (arsenal p119) Which leaves me with 1350 nY and just 5 BP to spend before tonight's game (I think :S) ...which I'm trying to get through now ...though I may take a negative quality or two to get a few BP to spend on contacts.
