Anyone got any ideas for what to do this week, as Steve is off?
Or shall we just rely on Andy's legendary powers of recommendation?
Put it this way: I've never yet known Andy recommend a dud; my vote is to say "Andy: bring in something you think we'll enjoy: cheers mate!"

Well are people in the mood for a one off game or a board game?

Well I hope you guys enjoyed the game, it was a bit condensed as it is written as a 4 hour con game but you hit all the major plot points.

It worked for me! A lot of fun: don't think I could've done anything nearly as good!

It was a one-off adventure in the Savage Worlds setting: we started out as pretty experienced and touch pre-genned characters who had a base in the inter-dimensional void: a demigod came calling and asked us to go through a portal to Nazi Germany in the middle of WW2 as another extra-dimensional traveler had contacted the Nazis and helped them construct a super-weapon which would win the war for them
After some shenanigans with killing guards and intimidating local resistance into helping us we went to the compound, where with our usual subtlety we promptly blew the shit out of every single one of the godless sons-a-bitches... - who turned out to be gorillas in Nazi uniforms! - because the mega-tank they'd made was simply too big to be crewed by humans!
Absolute blast!

Very enjoyable session. Not quite the good guys, possibly a necessary evil.
Have a great time on Thursday. I'll be enjoying Guinness in the emerald isle.
For info: Pericles (Greek: Περικλῆς [periklɛ̂ːs], Periklēs, "surrounded by glory"; c. 495 – 429 BC) was arguably the most prominent and influential Greek statesman, orator and general of Athens during the Golden Age
I admit I like pretentious names.
