Andy: couple of question for you on how powers will work in play:
- what would happen if I dropped the "storm" spell - and t hen wanted to cast it again? - would it be OK to say that if I came back to it before - say - 10 rounds had elapsed then it would take half as much time to regain control over my original storm than it would cost to raise a storm from scratch? - in the rules it is d6 rounds before your storm arrives - so to take control over a storm I originally raised would take d6 / 2 rounds... - sound OK?
- X-ray vision: in the Big List Of Powers PDF it says it takes 1 point per level... - so - what does each level do? - is it the ability to see through 1 inch (in game - not on the map) of lead or 1 foot of concrete?
If you think these questions should best be answered actually in play that's fine; just a heads-up I'm gonna be asking 'em!

I would say that returning within 10 rounds would allow you to halve the time it takes to gather the storm, that seems fair. I am going to use the power costs and desc here for the additional powers as this explains how they work. savagepedia.wikispaces.com/Necessary+Evil+New+Powers
