fair play! - Vince is not yet in a situation where he would feel they are needed: a little punch-up is no big deal to a bouncer...

Hi Lawrence,
I managed to find some readable but not downloadable rules on scribd.
I need to revise my character sheet to better align the skill choices with the character concept. While the mechanism for refreshing Blood is quite simple and explicit the same cannot be said about Willpower. My discipline runs on both Will and Blood whereas most dsiciplines run off skills and maybe the odd Blood. What options are you using to replenish Will?
Not understanding what I am my character will go back to his home and get cleaned up before trying to eat some food. At this point given what he has seen and felt during the fight he will realise only blood will do. Driven by hunger he will then go out to a night club to seduce someone.
On the other hand something may happen on the way home.
Dave.

I downloaded the rules from scribed.
I'm out and about at the moment but if memory serves you recover willpower by acting in accordance with your personality archetypes. There may be other ways but I'll have to look into it.
Chimerstry is a very powerful discipline, so it's probably balanced that it costs a lot.

I checked in addition to acting in accordance with your personality archetype you also regain a willpower point when you rise each night.

I like this. Just have to make a big enough nuisance of myself.
Re downloading: I should have said downloading from scribd without registering of having facebook. I can usually find pdfs on the internet without having to drop tons of personal info.

Unless anything happens to change things my character plans the following:
Day 1 (Ended): Successuflly fed and survived the day Day 2 (Current): Research Vamipres on the web. Business as usual setting up cons. Feeding by grazing on Broadstreet until sated (full blood points). Testing a few myths, Garlic, Crosses, Running water, Mirrors, Sunlight (carefully), Vamipic strength and speed. Day 3 (Future): Go back to grave yard try to contact vampires find out what has happened to me and why.
As I have not used ant Discipline I would also like to make the following mod to my character. Reduce Chimerstry from 4 to 3. Get Obfuscation at level 1.
Hopefully all this will help reunite me with the party.

Kris: your character twatted the new vampire good and proper upside the head - and he just took the blow, made eye-contact and growled "don't be so bloody stupid: I am here to help you" - and so you took a moment, gathered your thoughts and helped us all get the bodies of the punks we had killed off the streets and into the back of his van. Then we went to an old disused warehouse in Erdington to dispose of the bodies and... - well - I will let Lawrence fill you in on the rest!
Basically I played it as you just lashing out after probably the most stressful event you will ever survive and then when he didn't even seem to react after taking a punch that would have knocked out a wilderbeast you decided to not press it...

Barney, horrified by what he has seen, runs from the scene of carnage. As he leaves he hears the scarred Punk say that they are all vampires, retreating to his home to rest and try to come to terms with what has happened and what he has heard.
Carl, assuming the Punk is responsible for what has happened punches him square in the face, he takes this hit without sustaining any damage and turns to face Carl. Vincent tries to calm Carl down and although he is still angry Carl agrees to go with the group and hear this young man out. Jess runs to grab the remaining guy from the group that they have fed on, as she approaches she sprouts vicious claws from her fingers, and when she grabs him in a bear hug she tears open his chest killing him instantly (I forgot to ask for a Conscience roll to check for humanity loss, you get away with that one Ant). Vincent drains the last of the blood from his victim, killing him (another missed Conscience roll). The young punk and our protagonists then load all four bodies into a van and leave the scene for an abandoned warehouse.
Barney having arrived at his home, after some thought on his new condition, leaves his abode and heads to broad street to feed, her quickly locates a drunk vulnerable woman and after seducing her leads her into a dark alleyway to feed. Making it look like a passionate embrace he drains some blood from her and manages to control himself and stop feeding before he goes too far. As he stops feeding he licks blood from the wound and to his surprise it heals over in a matter of minutes. Approaching further prospective prey in a similar fashion earns Barney a couple of slaps before he finds another lady who is open to his suggestions, drawing this out and using some off the blood he has consumed to "perform" Barney shows this lady a very good time and leaves her happy but oddly weak (he fed during their passion).
After burning the bodies, Jonny gives the guys the low down on their new condition and vampiric society. The clans (bloodlines of the un-dead that get differing powers from their blood, Jonny thinks that Jess is most likely a "Gangrel"), the sects (Camarilla (despotic and feudal), Sabbat (Monstrous and violent), Anarchs (Outcasts on the fringe)). He also tells them of the Traditions, the Laws of the Kindred (what vampires call themselves):
First Tradition: The Masquerade Thou shall not reveal thy true nature to those not of the Blood. Doing such shall renounce thy claims of Blood.
Second Tradition: The Domain Thy domain is thine own concern. All others owe thee respect while in it. None may challenge thy word while in thy domain.
Third Tradition: The Progeny Thou shall only Sire another with the permission of thine Elder. If thou createst another without thine Elder's leave, both thou and thy Progeny shall be slain.
Fourth Tradition: The Accounting Those thou create are thine own children. Until thy Progeny shall be Released, thou shall command them in all things. Their sins are thine to endure.
Fifth Tradition: The Hospitality Honor one another's domain. When thou comest to a foreign city, thou shall present thyself to the one who ruleth there. Without the word of acceptance, thou art nothing.
Sixth Tradition: The Destruction Thou art forbidden to destroy another of thy kind. The right of destruction belongeth only to thine Elder. Only the Eldest among thee shall call the Blood Hunt.
Jonny reveals himself to be an Anarch and says that they must report what has happened to his Baron (the local leader of the Anarchs) who will want to report this to Prince Wallace (the Camarilla Prince of Birmingham with whom the Anarchs have an uneasy peace). After all these revelations they burn the bodies in an inspection pit at the abandoned warehouse, and retire to Jonny's flat to sleep through the day.
Barney returns to his home and sleeps under his bed to be safe from sunlight, upon rising the next night he researches Vampires and finds a great deal of conflicting information.
The others rise and prepare themselves for meeting the Baron of Erdington.

It would be a good idea.
Sorry I'm late posting a synopsis but I've been ill, feeling a bit better today. If I miss anything important to your character please correct me with a post.
The new vampires decide to feed and then meet at the church yard in Erdington.
John seeks out a prostitute and lurking in the shadows he lures her in with some sort of hypnotic power, he drains all her blood then following some unknown urge crusher open with a scalpel consumes her blood rich organs. Full of remorse he hides her body in a secluded location in the sewers.
Carl seeks out a priest who had abused him as a child, he sits in the church until worshippers have left then he asks the priest if he recognizes him, he doesn't, Carl lures him into the confessional and beats him up then drains all his blood. He takes the body to the abandoned warehouse and burns the body in the inspection pit.
Barney and Jess feed from vulnerable drunk people. Jess experimented with drinking alcohol and found that her vampiric body immediately rejects drink, she did however find that she can get her alcohol buzz by drinking from drunk individuals.
I can't remember what Vincent did for feeding.
They return to the church yard and after a little while notice Barney when he is moving between shadows and his cloak is down. While they are there another vampire emerges from the earth, he introduces himself as Sylvester. The vampires then introduce themselves to the others. Jonny arrives and takes them to meet the Baron in the abandonned warehouse.
The Baron walks in, an elegant woman in a slightly anachronistic black skirt suit. She says she has been in touch with the Prince of Birmingham and that he agrees that the Sabbat is probably responsible for their current condition. The Prince has allowed the to move around the city to hunt these Sabbat down and they are under the Barons recognisance until they have sufficient understanding of vampire society and they will be released. Our protagonists ask if they can meet the Camarilla vampires to avoid any mistakes on the blood hunt and the Baron agrees to present them to the Prince in the Elysium (Birmingham Library) the next evening and asks that they meet her at the warehouse the next evening one hour after sunset.

right then: for my contacts, I will go for:
Bruce McPherson - the boss of organised crime for the Broad Street area: not sure who he reports to, but he is the bloke I call when I want to move stolen goods - like when I throw someone out of a club where I am the bouncer, and when they land on the pavement outside they do not have their wallet, watch, phone, keys, cash, or jewellery. (as well as a thorough complimentary kicking on behalf of the management which makes the fact that they have lost all this stuff the last thing on their minds.)
Vincent doesn't often actually deal with Bruce directly for most day to day stuff - but he always lets him know when he needs to shift some gear, so that Bruce can take his standard 10% and Vincent doesn't get his own head kicked in for unauthorised activity.
Vince has also done quite a few jobs for Bruce when he needed extra muscle along, and it's rumoured that Bruce can lay his hands on shooters if the price was right...
DCI Sarah Lawson - in charge of the Birmingham organised crime unit, who for a suitable fee can often be persuaded to look in the wrong direction. Vincent has only over used her services once directly, but has often got in touch to set up a meeting where certain matters can be arranged between interested parties...
